2009/2010 Team Equipment Returns
Final Equipment Return for U11-U18:
Wednesday May 5th 6:30-8:30pm
Delsom Clubhouse
Team sets that are still missing-if they are not brought back on this night, then the coaches cheque gets cashed :)
Individual uniforms that are missing-if they are not brought back on this night, then individual player cheques get cashed :)
For U6-U10: Please email equipment@ndysc.com to arrange a date and time for outstanding returns, or any other equipment inquiries.
Please note that anyone with outstanding uniforms or equipment past May 1st, 2010 will have their deposit cheques cashed.
Equipment must be returned by the Coach or Team Manager, in full team sets - no individual parent/player drop offs will be accepted. Missing equipment should be listed on the attached form (click here) to be turned in at time of return. Jerseys, shorts, goal keeper jerseys (U7-U18), alternate jerseys (where applicable) and soccer balls must be returned, socks do not need to be returned. All uniform pieces must be freshly laundered.
Jerseys and alternate jerseys must be returned on hangers. Any missing equipment must be listed in writing, please include the player's / parents' contact information and their post-dateddeposit cheque.
